Mamas, do you want to have your personal time during WFH?

Hi there! How do you like WFH (working from home) with your kids running around in your house?

We have all been working hard to manage our work/life balance for the past 7 months. If your kids are really active, energetic, and curious, the struggle is a little more difficult.

For example, you are having a Zoom meeting towards the end of your work day with your boss and your kid comes running to you from the other room and screams, “Mommy can you help do this!!?”. Or they will keep persisting and asking you, “Are you done with your work yet!??” The temptation of your kids to ask you questions or want your attention is greater now because the boundaries have been more blurred.

Children want someone there to give them guidance on crafting and this allows them to inspire other creative ideas. They also enjoy listening to stories which help them to expand their imagination and understand the skill of storytelling. After some encouragement, this will give them confidence to explore independently. These kinds of activities allow your kids to develop their learning skills but for working parents doing this is so luxury for a family with a restricted time.

What if there are afternoon classes available to provide your kids with material + constructive conversation for an afterschool studio time that = parent free time.

Yes, join our “Scratch pad and storytelling” online class when you purchase our scratch pad for $30 which comes with 4 classes of teacher/children interactions. We will teach your kids how to use patterns and design on the scratch pads and based on the content, we will explore storytelling.

This scratch pad box comes with 3 sets, 6 each for a total of 18 sheets. It has 2 stories which includes: Red Riding Hood and Thumbelina, and an additional set to create your own story.

The first class, we will introduce them to our storytelling version of Red Riding Hood and create one scratch pad sheet from this set together.

The second class, we will introduce our storytelling version of Thumbelina and this time since the kids already have the concept of designing a scratch pad, we will have more time to focus on interactions with each kid.

For the third class, we will ask them to pick out 2 or 3 sheets to scratch and prepare a story they have imagined. The final class, we will encourage each child to share their own story along with their wonderful designs.

So, what are you waiting for? Let’s get this party started with your kids and free up time for yourself. Join us and we can’t wait to meet and interact with your kids! :)
